Carbon Brushes

Carbon brushes come in a multitude of sizes and styles.

They are present in many types of motors both AC and DC.Failure to maintain a motor containing such carbon brushes can lead to extensive downtime for machinery.

In ALL cases such machines should be examined periodically for signs of wear and/or mechanical and electrical problems.

We can have most types of Carbon Brush make to order when presented with a sample brush and either a sample lead and spring or a very accurate dimensional profile. Deliveries are usually on a 1 working week basis as each brush is made to pattern.
